This weeks Baby Step to Better Health is a BIG one!  I used to think that being healthy mostly had to do with what I was putting into my body in the form of food.  But oh it’s so much more then that!

This weeks tip will help you to increase your overall health and longevity!

It can also save you a ton of money and help keep you and your family and pets safe from harmful toxins.

Start making your own toxin free cleaners and opening your windows to air out your rooms!

Now that the weather is cooling off a bit here in South Carolina where I live, I am excited to open my windows and get a nice cross breeze going!  I admit, I am a big fresh air nerd!

Did you know that the EPA estimates that indoor air can have two to five times more pollution than outside air?

Check out this week’s video all about homemade cleaners!
