In addition to feeling great, a detox bath helps to remove toxins from your body and make you feel great. You see toxins are all around us everywhere from our drinking water, to our beauty products, even the materials used to furnish your home.
There are things you can do to reduce the number of toxins in your environment. Eating organic, using natural beauty and cleaning products are just a couple of ways to limit the number of toxins in your environment.
Try this detox bath to help flush out even more toxins, you will feel great and your body will thank you.
The Ultimate Bath Detox
2 cups Epsom Salt (or Sea Salt) – helps draw out toxins from your body and relieve aches and pains
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar – soothes fry and itchy skin and helps to balance and neutralize the body’s pH.
1/2 cup Bentonite Clay – stimulates the lymphatic system.
5-10 drops of your favorite Essential Oil (where to buy) – lavender, geranium, sandalwood, ylang ylang, etc.
Fill your tube with hot bath water. Add your ingredients and agitate to dissolve. Soak for 20-30 minutes. To further help flush toxins from the system, drink a full glass of water afterwards.
